We felt it timely to assure you that we are taking all precautions necessary to protect our staff and family members, customers, suppliers and the wider community against the spread of COVID-19.

Our business continues to safely provide the best service possible in these challenging times.  While we always strive to provide a clean and safe environment, we have taken following steps as extra precautions:

For our customers – rest assured we are following guidelines about on-farm visits.   Given the recent Corona virus outbreak we are increasing our health & safety measures in an attempt to protect our installers and our customers:

  • No staff or contractors are to visit farms if sick or feeling unwell
  • Before any visit, we will be calling the farmer to confirm that they are comfortable with us visiting the farm and also check that they, their families and their staff are well and no one is in self-isolation.
  • When on site we will be observing all personal hygiene and safety practices and ensuring that we avoid all close contact. The World Health Organisation recommends keeping a minimum 1 meter or 3 feet distance. Levno staff will be aiming for a distance of 2 meters at all times.
  • On-boarding will be done remotely over the phone wherever possible, rather than in person while on-farm

We kindly request all of our suppliers to cancel any appointments and not to make any physical calls to our business until further notice.

We encourage web/email/phone enquiries wherever possible.

In the meantime, here is some general guidance from the Ministry of Health that we should all be following.

We are talking all reasonable steps to protect the health of our employees, customers and suppliers. We remain committed to provide the highest level of service during these challenging times.

We are very confident that Levno can continue to provide an ongoing reliable service working remotely.
